Shipping & Returns


Legacy Eight ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States for a flat rate per order of $5.00. All orders over $100 ship free (US Only). Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase unless your item(s) states it's a pre order. Orders are shipped via USPS priority or first class depending on weight and usually arrive between 2-5 business days.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise


Thank you for buying from Legacy Eight. We are committed to you being satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of purchase for store credit by contacting us at No refunds will be issued, only store credit. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Because we want to ensure that all customers are purchasing items in NEW condition, returned items MUST BE: Un-worn, unwashed, un-altered, in the same condition it was shipped/purchased in, and with original tags still attached EXACTLY the way they were attached at the time of purchase. Shoes must be in original box.

Items that have any pet hair or smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, detergent, or show signs of deodorant or any other sign that it was worn will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Store credit will be issued via a code sent to your email within 1-2 business days after processing your return. You will then enter this code at checkout of your next purchase.

Our inventory is constantly changing so exchanges are not always possible, but can be requested by emailing us at We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued!

If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions.

To return an item please email us at We will email you a return slip to be filled out and placed in the package of the item(s) you wish to return. All returned shipping costs are the responsibility of person returning item(s). We recommend that you use a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning. We will process the return within 7 business days and send you an e-mail as soon as it is completed. (Please see above for any exceptions.)
